Creating your first digital pass with Passtastic is really simple! Follow these steps to craft a professional business card for your brand.
Step 1: Fill in Your Information
Head to the Info Tab to add essential details about your business:
- Enter Card Name for your pass – while it doesn’t show up on the actual pass, it helps you organize and identify your passes in the dashboard.
- Enter your Company Name and Personal Details. These details will appear on your digital pass and help make it personal and professional.
- Choose up to 2 fields with your primary contacts to be displayed on the front of card. Back of the cards will display all the fields.

Step 2: Choose a Template
Next, move to the Template Tab to pick a color theme that suits your business:
- Explore the predefined color options designed to fit different industries and aesthetics.
- Select a theme that matches your branding and stands out for your customers. If it’s not perfect – don’t worry, you can adjust it even more in a next step.

Step 3: Customize the Design
Now, let’s get creative in the Design Tab:
- Upload your logo or other images to personalize your pass.
- Adjust background colors, text colors, and label colors to align with your branding.
- Preview your design live to ensure everything looks perfect.
