Your card statistics will show insights on your cards productivity. Based on it, you can make data-driven decisions to maximize the impact of your digital business cards.

Overview Statistics (All Cards)

• Click Home in the sidebar or top navigation.

• At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll find an overview of key metrics for all your published cards.

  

Total Cards Installed

• Shows the number of cards installed by clients within a selected time period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days, etc.).
• How it’s counted: every time someone adds your card to their wallet - count increases by 1.

Example: 25 clients already added you card to their wallet, count = 25. Then 1 more person adds it. Total Cards Installed = 26 now.

Messages Sent

• Displays how many notifications you’ve sent to your clients in the selected timeframe.
• How it’s counted: when you send message to selected card, the message is send to all cardholders and Total Sent Messages count increases by 1.

Example: This month you didn’t send any messages yet, so count is 0. Then you send a message and all your clients who have pass installed on their phone receive it, count increases to 1.

Active Cards Installed

• Shows the number of cards installed by clients that are active (and were not deleted by clients from wallet app).
• How it’s counted:
  • every time someone adds your card to their wallet - count increases by 1.
  • every time someone deletes your card to their wallet - count decreases by 1.

Example: 25 clients added you card to their wallet. Later 2 clients removed card from their wallet app and 23 clients still have it installed. Active Cards Installed count = 23
